I've ordered a bunch, when I can I choose the prepaid customs option when shipping - as it guarantees my package getting to me in the estimated time. Shipping without pre-paying is a gamble - one I've gone with many times. I think what happens is that a package may or may not be 'flagged' to check for duty charges - I've rolled the dice a won a couple times.

One time specifically from Threadless because the promotion was for free shipping but it had to be the standard shipping option. When it does get caught for duty, it's majorly delayed but your package will arrive - you'll have to pay the outstanding duty to get it. So unfortunately it's not possible for those items to be shipped together.

I see. Must be a nightmare for logistics though. Not sure how it can be worked out but really hope that you guys can consolidate shipping eventually. It is extremely frustrating especially for international shipments to have to pay double shipping.
